Guardian Tactile System’s range of nonslip fiberglass stair nosing is manufactured from a composite Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) for maximum durability and resistance to heavy foot traffic.
The stair nosing has a very high slip resistance grade of 24# Grit Fiberglass Chips making it highly slip resistant in wet and oily conditions.
The Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is manufactured from high quality, non-corrosive, UV resistant material. All anti-slip environmental tests are undertaken by the CSIRO, providing an R13 rating for ‘Oil Wet Ramp’ and 72V results for ‘Wet Pendulum’. Refer to data sheets below for CSIRO test reports.
The hard-wearing silicon carbide anti-slip grit stair nosing is suitable for use in commercial applications such as factories, workshops, warehouses, mine sites, car parks, sporting arenas.
